I am so incredibly proud of the work that Larry has done on the Leaders Program in Africa – to hear these leaders talk of the impact the programme has had on them makes you realise that we are making a difference in Africa. Well done Larry!

Whatever work he takes on, he always works quickly and efficiently through it and has time to support and challenge others. He is an impressive, professional and confident operator in the Middle East. He remains calm & professional in the face of sudden, irrational and quixotic divergence from agreements by the heads of family businesses.

I think Larry is one of the best consultants at managing group process, naming what is really happening in the room, facilitating sessions on psychometrics in a way that is about meaning not theory, delivering difficult feedback in a way that people can accept it and act on it (rather than leaving people feeling judged).

I thought you asked some very incisive questions and pushed them through insightful hypotheses – you definitely got to the guts of it.

Just realised I never dropped you a note to thank you for the profiling work you did. It's a month on from our feedback session, and I'm still actively thinking through (and on some details discussing) the implications -- which I think is a sign of how valuable and engaging I found the experience. So many thanks indeed for a refreshing and revealing experience, which I hope will keep influencing me for some time to come!

In my experience Larry’s style has provided me with a safe and comfortable environment where I feel at ease and am able to speak freely. He actively listens and poses challenging and interesting questions which stretch your thinking and preconceptions. He gives ‘thinking time’ without this being too protracted and is good at reshaping his approach to ensure the conversations remain focussed.
